Recorded in London on October 4, 1980, this double CD presents 20 tracks dominated by McLean originals, with occasional oldies covers of the likes of Bobby Darin, Buddy Holly, and Roy Orbison. It's a sturdily executed set, some tracks embellished by a string section. Partially due to its length, it's an extraneous release, serious McLean fans being the target audience. ~ Richie Unterberger, All Music Guide
