No Strings Attached
03/23/2000 4:05 PM, LAUNCH Rob O'Connor
Malt liquor has a higher alcohol density than standard beer, making it possible to become far more inebriated on less suds. Make no mistake: alcohol is a drug, and abusing it can lead to all kinds of personal problems. However, it's nearly a damn necessity if you intend on listening to this 'N Sync album all the way through in its entirety. This album feels like a three-and-a-half-hour movie in a theater where the projectionist never bothered to focus. Other than that, it's GREAT! The guys are as cute as ever and they have such "esteemed" names as Richard Marx and Diane Warren penning their tunes, so you're guaranteed if not transcendent magic at least something to turn up in the car to mask that noisy muffler. Sadly instead of Steve Miller, Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes guests on "Space Cowboy." I suppose they're saving Steve for their eventual cover of "Burning Down The House." With titles such as "That's When I'll Stop Loving You" and "I'll Be Good For You," you can move on to more important topics like hair dye and what Justin would look like with a nose ring. Awesome, I'm sure.
