The third proper Chills album, this slickly produced effort is not quite on par with Submarine Bells, but features some absolute gems. Features a string arrangement by Phillips's hero Van Dyke Parks, and contains "Song For Randy Newman, Etc." (Phillips's empathetic nod to tortured songwriter heroes like "Wilson, Barrett, Walker, Drake...").
